FMQ Feather samples
Here are my first samples for the FMQ Challenge run by SewCalGals. Feathers taught by Diane Gaudynski. I still have to do my sample on my SAMPLE quilt! I have also decided to do some of these samples using one of my treadle machines, I have already done the leaf on the treadle and will post photo's after I have done some more feathers. JUST LOVE FEATHER QUILTING!!!!!

ReplyDeleteYou are really good at feathers and free motion quilting altogether. I wish I had time to try all of these too! Was hoping for a lotto win at the weekend but not to be. Had to stay at work for the whole long weekend after all.
ReplyDeleteStunning work :-)
ReplyDeleteYour feathers are beautiful. I love what done by colouring them in. They look like they are floating on the fabric. Bravo.. well done!

ReplyDeleteOn the feathers I have used water soluble crayons then painted over with textile medium!!!
