I have had a work out today! Using a treadle machine on a hot day like today certainly must burn some calories. I have had fun I wanted to see if I could do free motion quilting on a treadle sewing machine, what fun!!!!
I have stitched the orange art piece onto a piece of black calico, I have wanted to try applique free motion stitch the way Patsy Thompson does on her blog.
Very nice! I'd love to get my Singer in going order - well I'm sure it does, just need to take too much stuff off it! :-)

ReplyDeleteAs for the bobbin issue, I bought a special bobbin case for FMQing and embroidery. The tension is less. We'll see how that works. I'll keep you posted.
